The latest addition to the family!

After eighteen indecisive months of how to enhance my listening experience, I've finally zeroed in on it -  the Bose-Soundlink Wireless portable speaker! And she's a looker, as you can tell.

The compact, sleek design along with the classy chrome finish, justifies the price I paid for it. What is particularly handy, is the cover flips to serve as a base stand. Neat feature.

At 320kbps, the sound is crystal clear, and rich. Although, at lower bit-rates it sounds pretty good tbh. It doesn't have problems in filling a medium-size room, and doesn't seem to strain when you turn up the volume. The battery life is pretty generous as well, I stretched it to 10 hours before the red light started to display.

Playing the older stuff(The Who, The Doors, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, U2) has been something of a time-travel experience, and the live versions belt out so much clarity you feel, there's a gig happening right across the room!

What is particularly contenting is the optimum bass. Just the right amount for a guy who's not looking to have ELF waves pounding through his body. All in all, it's just brilliant! Probably the best thing I've invested on (in terms of complete value for money)since my austere Nokia 2600.
